Things got a lil hectic and we didn't get a chance to post about Day 2 of the tour before it actually went down...so here's a recap. Although we'd played in Ottawa many a time, the city jus across the river was new territory to us. Gatineau lies only a 5 minute drive away from Ottawa but is in Quebec and is a mainly French speaking town. Our long time homey Kid SL had been holding down Pure for over a year now and from all his tweets and stories about the night, we were excited to finally play there. We arrived to find a well dressed crowd going awwfff to Kid SL's uptempo set and when we switched over we kept the vibe on the same level with non stop fist pumpers mixed in with some hip hop and dancehall. The large underground club stayed packed till the end of the night and we enjoyed every last minute of it. Big shouts to Pure and Kid SL for having us through...look for video from the night to be posted soon.
