The Final Flava Friday at Fever Night Club

I started DJing at Fever on Fridays over 6 years ago alongside Rexx for Flava Fridays. After a lil while i left to do Get Up Get Down but returned 4 years later to pick up where we left off. As more and more clubs lean towards straight pop anthems and top 40 Dance Hits, Flava Fridays kept it gully with a straight Hip Hop and Dancehall vibe. Unfortunately, in 2 weeks, Fever will close it's doors forever and renovations will take place to transform it into Status Night Club which will feature mainly House music. Although the last Flava Friday EVER is February 10th, I won't be there so this Friday Feb 3rd come thru as DJ Physik and I tear it down one last time. Look for brand new BIG TINGS come March.

13 Years of Players Club - Come Celebrate!

I've been luck enough to be part of this night for over two years now and it's been a real pleasure. Players Club Saturdays has moved around to many different venues in it's 13 year run but it's still known as the only night in Vancouver where you'll hear nothing but the dopest Hip Hop, RnB, Crunk Sowf, Dancehall and Old School with not even the slightest hint of any Top 40. For those of you that know the history of Players Club, the first real venue where it took place was Club Elite. Canvas Lounge is the club that now occupies the same space where Club Elite used to be located.

This Saturday August 15th come join us as put on an amazing party for all of you loyal followers, at an upscale venue, with all the DJ's that have been holding down Players Club for the last few years.Canvas Lounge offers a VIP area with bottle service, and two rooms. In the first room will be DJ's Physik and Smooth, playing the hottest Hip-Hop, R&B, Crunk/Dirty South, Old Skool, and Classic Slow Jams. In the second room will be myself (DJ Arems) playing Dancehall/Soca/Reggae all night long.
