DJ AREMS - FIYAH FI BUN DEM PART 4 - Best of Dancehall 2009 Mix CD

It's finally here. I started working on this mixtape in mid 2009 and would go back to it every now and then. By the end of the year i realized i'd left it a little too long so i got rid of a lot of riddims and kept only the best - making it a best of 2009 mix cd. I crammed as many tracks as I could but there are a couple riddims i didn't have time to fit in on the CD. Still, there are 80 tracks featuring 14 dubplates and 15 riddims plus many singles on this 80 minute mix.

The CD release party went down last Wednesday at Shine for Free Up Wednesdays and it was PACKD. Big Ups to all those that made it out for the party. The feedback on the CD has been great so far. Grab the one track continuous mix here for free or hit me up for your copy if you see me.

FINALLY! The mixtape that i've been putting together for months now is DONE and being pressed up as we speak. 80 minutes of 2009's best dancehall music featuring 13 Faction Dubplates by the likes of Vybz Kartel, Buju Banton, Mr. Vegas, Mavado, Assassin, Beenie Man and others amongst the 80 tracks of strictly BOOM chunes! The CDs will be ready this Wednesday just in time for the CD release party at Free Up Wednesdays inside Shine Night Club. We'll be giving away 100 copies and it'll be the only place to get the cd for a little while until we post it right here (or you'll be able to cop one of us or at your favourite mixtape retailer).
